Trout season began a week ago today, 1/15/09. the early results are good. lakers being caught on burntside. rainbows and splake have been taken in good numbers on area smaller lakes of tofte, miners, high and the glacier ponds. some slush still being reported on the lakes but much better after the cold snap. remember to e-mail your reports to info@whiteironbeach.com and send some pics too.
